Life goes fast, its a terrible tragedy that once life starts getting good and you appreciate more things it just quickens and quickens. Things speed by, and if you don't sit down you can become dizzy, in that moment it would be horrifying if a street car whizzed by... You never know what could happen. Stay steady and maybe sit when you feel like things are too much and too fast.
